Sometimes it all goes by fast, its like I could seriously remember when we were in 3rd grade. Meeting for the first time, and here we are 12 years later. Looking back all these years we’ve been through. The trials and tribulations. The good and the bad. The fights and the laughs. I’ve never been blessed enough than I am now. There is so much to thank her for. Thank you for always making me laugh, even if it involved one of your multiple personalities. Thank you for our conversations, some that are too wild to even mention. Thank you for the fights, and for still standing there for me when you wanted to punch me. Thank you for never giving up on me, like so many others. Thank you for loving me, like a sister I always wanted. Thank you for the sleepovers, and the many memories that fall behind them. Thank you for not being just my friend, but thank you for being my best friends. Happy birthday Katie. God knows you’ve been through so much. I knoe nothings been easy. I know the tears you cried, the memories you love, and the trials you’ve been through. You give me inspiration everyday to be a better person. Everything we’ve been through has lead us up to these years. All those memories were just simply amazing, and I’m so glad I got to share them with you. I know I’m not there to celebrate now, but we will soon. I love you more than I think you’ll ever be able to understand. Have a great birthday. Text me when you see this. I love you Biffle.

Laci Green: I have three proposals to work against weight discrimination, fat shame, and fat phobia. 1: “fat” isn’t a bad word, 2: it’s not about “health,” 3: love thyself.
